Not an Emergency Service

Hentech Guardian is NOT a replacement for 911, emergency responders, medical services, or law enforcement. Always contact local emergency services in urgent situations.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee prevention of harm, injury, or loss. Use of the service is at your own risk.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate emergency contact information
Keeping your device charged and operational
Understanding how and when Guardian escalates

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hentech Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Service Availability
