SMS Messaging Consent

By enabling Guardian safety features, I agree to receive SMS text messages from Hentech Enterprise LLC related to safety alerts, missed check-ins, and emergency escalations.

SMS or text messages may be sent to notify me when a scheduled safety check-in is missed or when an emergency escalation is triggered.

Consent is provided when the user actively enables Guardian safety monitoring within the Hentech Guardian mobile application.

By pressing “Start Guardian,” users acknowledge and agree that SMS safety alerts may be sent during safety events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Emergency Contact Consent

Users explicitly add emergency contacts within the Hentech Guardian app by entering a contact’s name and phone number.

By adding an emergency contact, I confirm that I have obtained permission to notify this person via SMS for safety-related alerts and emergency escalations.

Emergency contacts receive SMS messages only for safety-related events initiated by the user. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Message Purpose & Opt-Out

Hentech Enterprise LLC sends SMS messages exclusively for safety-related purposes, including missed check-ins and emergency alerts.
