This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected across all software products owned or operated by Hentech Enterprise LLC, including but not limited to Hentech Guardian, Hentech Agent, Hentech Shield, and future Hentech applications and services.

- Notification tokens used to deliver alerts

Location Data
Certain products, such as Guardian Safety, may access location information only during user-initiated safety events or emergency escalation scenarios.
Location data is never continuously tracked and is never accessed when the product is inactive. Location access is controlled entirely by user device permissions.
Notifications, SMS & Messaging
Some Hentech products use push notifications and SMS text messaging to deliver safety alerts, missed check-in notifications, and emergency escalation messages.
By enabling these features and providing explicit consent during setup, users agree to receive SMS messages strictly related to safety monitoring and emergency escalation.
Message frequency varies based on user activity. Message and data rates may apply. Users and emergency contacts may opt out at any time by replying STOP or request assistance by replying HELP.
Hentech does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
Intelligent Companion Feature
Some Hentech products may include an Intelligent Companion feature designed to support user interaction within the application.
The Intelligent Companion is software-based automation. It does not represent a real person, emergency responder, medical professional, or law enforcement authority.
It does not initiate emergency actions independently of Guardian’s safety logic.
Background Activity
Hentech applications do not perform background audio recording, continuous monitoring, or hidden processes. Background activity is limited strictly to what is necessary for the product’s functionality and only when explicitly enabled.
Data Protection
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, including secure infrastructure and access controls.
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting support.
Third-Party Services
Some products integrate with third-party services (such as SMS delivery or notification providers) strictly to deliver core functionality. These integrations are used in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
