Location information is accessed only when Guardian is actively running or during an emergency escalation. Location data is never tracked continuously and is never shared outside emergency scenarios initiated by the user.
By enabling Guardian and adding emergency contacts, you explicitly consent to receive safety-related push notifications and to allow your designated contacts to receive emergency messages when escalation occurs.
Emergency messages are sent only after user-initiated actions or missed check-ins. You may disable Guardian at any time to stop notifications.
Hentech Guardian does not listen to audio, record conversations, or monitor users in the background. All safety features require deliberate user interaction.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information using secure servers and encryption technologies. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
