Guardian includes an Intelligent Companion designed to enhance user interaction during safety monitoring sessions.
Guardian’s monitoring and escalation systems operate independently of Companion responses. In urgent situations, users should contact local emergency services directly.
Privacy & User Control
- Guardian only runs when explicitly started by the user.
- No passive listening or background audio recording.
- No continuous tracking.
- Location access occurs only during safety events.
Guardian is a personal safety assistance tool and does not replace emergency services or professional responders.
SMS Consent & Messaging
Users explicitly opt in to receive SMS alerts related to missed check-ins and emergency escalation events.

Message frequency varies based on safety events. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. No marketing messages are sent.
