Guardian is an AI-powered personal safety system. Users define check-in intervals and Guardian handles monitoring, intelligent escalation, proactive welfare checks, community safety, and a personal AI companion all working together automatically.
Scheduled Check-Ins
Configurable safety intervals from minutes to extended duration monitoring. Guardian prompts you and escalates automatically if you don't respond.
Smart Escalation Engine
Missed check-ins trigger a voice call to you first. If unanswered, Guardian alerts your emergency contacts via SMS with your last known location.
Location Assistance
Location data is only accessed during safety events. Anonymous community presence is shared on the map with a 500m privacy offset.
Institution Mode
Optional geofencing with automated institution-specific handling for campuses and workplaces.
Community Safety Map
See active Guardians nearby on a live map. Approved support contacts are shown by name with precise location. Anonymous users stay private with fuzzed dots.
AI Area Safety Score
Real-time safety score for your area based on active Guardian presence nearby. The more Guardians active around you, the higher your area score.
Distress Phrase
Set a secret phrase. Say it naturally in any conversation or on a call and Guardian silently alerts your emergency contacts , no button press needed.
Twilio Voice Callback
Save your number and Guardian calls you by name before alerting contacts. Press 1 to confirm safe, press 2 for immediate help, or don't answer to auto-escalate.
Intelligent Companion
Guardian includes a personal AI Companion that learns your routine, adapts to your patterns, and proactively checks in when you've been silent too long. It speaks your language, remembers your preferences, and coordinates with Guardian's safety engine in real time.
Proactive Check-Ins
After 24 hours of silence, your companion reaches out. Three check-in attempts before escalating to your emergency contacts , all coordinated automatically.
Sleep Window Learning
Your companion learns when you sleep and pauses check-ins during those hours. You can override the AI guess with your own schedule and it locks it permanently.
AI Trust Score
Every interaction refines Guardian's accuracy. Real danger events raise your trust score. False alerts lower it. Guardian gets smarter about when to escalate over time.
Multi-Language Support
Your companion automatically detects your language and responds in kind. No setup required , just write naturally.
Verified Safety Network
When you have approved support contacts connected, your profile shows a Verified Network badge , confirming your safety net is active and real.
Safe Check-In Sharing
When you mark safe, your approved support contacts receive a silent notification e.g "Henry marked safe at 11:42pm." No panic, just peace of mind.
Guardian's monitoring and escalation systems operate independently of Companion responses. In urgent situations, users should contact local emergency services directly.
Privacy & User Control

Guardian is a personal safety assistance tool and does not replace emergency services or professional responders.
SMS & Voice Consent
Users explicitly opt in to receive SMS alerts and voice callbacks related to missed check-ins and emergency escalation events. Emergency contacts also opt in by being added to the user's contact list.

Message frequency varies based on safety events. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. No marketing messages are sent. Voice callbacks are only initiated when a phone number has been saved and the callback feature is enabled by the user.
