Hentech Enterprise LLC (“Hentech”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data across all Hentech applications, including but not limited to Hentech Guardian and related services.
How to Request Account Deletion
Users may request deletion in one of the following ways:
- In-App: Open the app → Go to Settings → Tap Delete Account and confirm.
- By Email: Send a request to support@hentechenterprise.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When an account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed:
- User account information (name, email, phone number)
- Guardian safety check-in history
- Emergency contact information
- Location data associated with safety events
- Push notification tokens
- User configuration and preference settings
Data That May Be Retained
Certain limited records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Billing or subscription transaction records (accounting compliance)
- Records required for fraud prevention or legal obligations
Any retained data is securely stored and not used for marketing purposes.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 7–30 days of receipt. Once completed, the account cannot be restored.
